Returns & Refunds Policy
Subscription Memberships
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period. To avoid future charges, please cancel before your next renewal date.
Because access to subscription content and benefits begins immediately upon purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for unused time, missed cancellations, or partial subscription periods.
Personalized Monthly Letters & Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our monthly letters, photographs, keepsakes, and other custom-created subscription materials, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an item has been prepared, personalized, printed, processed, or shipped.
Exceptions may be made if:

We made an error in personalization or fulfillment.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item was sent.

There was a printing or production defect.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.
Physical Merchandise
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with eligible physical merchandise, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Monthly subscription letters, photographs, and keepsakes that have already been prepared or shipped
